From the first telephone/email contacts with them they were very responsive (providing all the necessary information, answering all questions), friendly and efficient. I went to see the car and there was no pressure, indeed I was left (for as long as I wanted) to examine the car inside out but someone was available for any questions. Social distancing was observed and viewing of the car was by appointment only. The car was as described: as I am not a mechanically minded person this was confirmed by a thorough AA inspection (with the benefit of hindsight, I should have saved the money I spent on the inspection). I'm really pleased with the car which, by the way, came with a free 3 months warranty (I believe this is standard on all the cars they sell) Pricewise :definitely value for money though one always hopes to pay less! The paperwork, payment details were dealt with efficiently. They delivered everything they promised in a friendly and timely fashion. Will use again.

We’ve recently bought a Mercedes E Class from BRM Select Cars. We initially contacted by email and had a reply by return , followed by a phone conversation about the car, we looked at the online video of the car and bought it without seeing it. The chaps at BRM couldn’t do enough for us, even my silly questions weren’t too much trouble . We even arranged to have a tow bar fitted and the car shipped to us. Everything went smoothly and we got the car a couple of weeks ago. It’s exactly as we saw on line and we are pleased as punch. The chaps at BRM offer a great service, and we are over the moon with our car. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Local car dealers are always the best 😁 From the moment I walked into the yard they made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the whole sale. No pushy salesman or any pressure to go through with the sale after the test drive. The salesman knew everything there was to know about the car, talked me through all of the features that the car had to offer and how to use them, to giving advice on when and where to get it serviced really helped me! The salesman Harry also provided great aftersales service, like setting my phone up to the car for me, and making sure I knew what to keep an eye on for a few weeks. From the convenient ways of keeping in contact with them to the very high level of of customer service, I would highly recommend this car dealer to anyone! I would definitely come back here for another car!

Excellent! Now had 2 vehicles from BRM and both excellent (first was stolen so returned to BRM to buy again as it had given me no problems which for a LR Discovery is rare!!), Harry was happy to help once I was ready to ask questions on the new vehicle. He escorted us to see it whilst it was in prep where I was able to see it on the ramp and have a full look around, we left our number and we’re contacted when it was ready for a test drive and it didn’t disappoint so bought it there and then! Harry arranged all the details and was in constant contact whilst vehicle had its MOT and advised as soon as we could collect! Excellent cars and excellent service.

Even though I had a 5 hour round trip to collect my new car from Harry at BRM, as soon as I got there he was warm and welcoming, genuinely nice guy who was very helpful and went through everything on the car in detail. 10/10 well what can I say, worst new car day ever my Porsche broke down on way home I was devastated however step up Harry at BRM dealt with everything superbly nothing was too much trouble and I now have my car fixed no questions asked. BRM SELECTS MOTORS LTD. ARE THE BEST .We purchased a Mercedes R class last month , we travelled from Staffordshire,as I had seen the car online that morning ,we set off ,2 1/2 hours later we arrived Harry greeted us ,when we explained we had travelled from Staffs ,he instantly said what and you didn’t make an appointment, he said I might of been closed, he thought it was hilarious ,he said come in for a coffee, he instantly made us feel at ease ,and just looking around his showroom and his cars outside we knew he was a genuine good motor dealer ,as we have been stung before by rogue traders ,but that’s just not the case with BRM, we looked at the car and we loved it, test drove it, and said yes we want it, Harry was amazing he did all the paperwork etc, we paid a deposit and arranged to collect the following week.In that week Harry serviced the car ,and made sure ever Was ready for us , we purchased a warranty with it ,extra to the one Harry gives with his motors,and after the deal was done we drove home in luxury,the car is amazing. BRM motors only sells the best cars on the market, top class motors, as anyone will see when they go there the motors are amazing. We towed our 28ft caravan with our new car ,and we are amazed by the car, it’s everything the advert stated it was ,but even better it’s just like a showroom car. We love it. We will definitely go back to Harry for our next car , because if you find a genuine first class car dealer then stick with them.Thanks Harry .
